Moondance Dress in Grey Lace
This dresses silhouette comes from a thrifted fabric I picked up a few months ago, and an afternoon of draping on the mannequin. I love the look of something draped close to the body, without it feeling too constricting. The sheerness of the fabric adds some softness, while the metal detailing in the back offers a little bit of edge. This dress offers a boatneck neckline, that can be worn off the shoulder or scrunched up to create a little bit of a cowl plunge. The back has a metal chain and clasp to create some shape in the front, and the invisible zipper along the side seam creates an easy in and out.
